We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Marketing Sr Analyst to join our founding Product Marketing team at Rappi.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Product Marketing Specialist to drive the adoption and success of our platform among Restaurants. As a pivotal member of our Restaurants PMM team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with restaurant owners and operators to grow their sales. The PMM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to build the right go-to-market solutions to surpass business objectives and shape our brand perception.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. You will be deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research and restaurant’s behavior trends to define the needs of the consumer audience. You will have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior product leaders. You will thrive on analytics and set a learning agenda for all projects that raises the bar for impact against engagement and business goals.
Candidates for these roles will be the first few PMMs to join the function at Rappi, making them founding members of product marketing at the company. They will work directly with the head of Product Marketing and the senior leadership of cross functional teams, including product, brand, strategy and CRM. As a fast-growing team, we expect candidates to grow in role scope overtime, where management opportunities are certainly a possibility (please note no immediate headcount to report into this role).
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of restaurants, leveraging insights from industry benchmarks and competitor analysis.
Drive product adoption and engagement among restaurant partners through targeted marketing campaigns, educational materials, and sales enablement tools.
Collaborate with the product management team to prioritize features and enhancements that address the evolving needs of restaurant partners, drawing insights from market research and customer feedback.
Partner closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies that showcase the value proposition of our platform to prospective restaurant partners.
Own the end-to-end execution of product launches, including messaging development, campaign planning, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable insights and feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product management, sales, operations, and customer support.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred, but not required
3-4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B or SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement
CRM management and data analysis experience
Fluent English.
Deep understanding of the restaurant industry landscape is preferred, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and value propositions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
