· Experience with CRM databases. SalesForce.com experience strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated proven effectiveness in working in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to establish excellent working rapport with outside sales reps, other team members and customers
How you will make a difference @ FARO:
- Create and review Sales Orders requests for accuracy and completeness by following the Order Conversion Rules, ensuring that appropriate documentation is attached
- Actively update Tasks in Salesforce so employees know status of every order
- Submit customer’s Terms and Conditions for review via the Contracts Desk
- Identify potential issues and escalate to the Senior Sales Support Specialists
- Process quote requests for service plans, software, and accessories
- Process vendor purchase orders from vendor portals
- Create and process Requests for Credit, resolving issues so they can be approved as appropriate
- Request inventory availability (from Demo Coordinator) for Certified Pre-Owned, Technology Test Drives, and Rental Equipment
- Monitor and review sales email inboxes and respond or forward to the appropriate persons and/or teams
- Identify possible data integrity issues and correct or open a ticket with the Data Integrity Task Force as appropriate
- Attend meetings as required and strategize with other Sales teams and departments to ensure quarterly goals are met
