Background

Effective system testing requires thorough log analysis to identify issues and improve overall system quality. However, manual log analysis can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. This project aims to develop innovative solutions for advanced log analysis and automated logging to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of system testing.

Goals

• Investigate existing methods and tools for log analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a tool or system that can automatically initiate logging and collect relevant data.
• Design or develop a tool for advanced log analysis, focusing on features like behavioral analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

Educational background

Master’s or Bachelor student in Computer Science, Software development or similar
