Secotools is looking for a manager to lead the Digital Sales growth and efficiency in the Region for all customer segments.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Digital growth - collaborate with the Regional Mgt team and marketing to develop comprehensive digital growth strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, considering technical feasibility and implementation requirements, including EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
Engagement – develop customer engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions and relationships across digital platforms and channels and support our customer transition over to a digital business model. Leveraging our technical tools and solutions for best customer experiences.
Analyze - ensure to identify, analyze, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our Digital Sales and e-commerce and service offer. And take necessary actions to drive financial success. Use data-driven insights to guide our implementation strategies and assess the effectiveness throughout different channels.
Technical implementation - oversee and collaborate with SMS and Seco IT to ensure effective implementation and integration between customer and partners procurement system and Seco on-line store, with a focus on EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API technologies.
Regional Mgt team – be the Digital Sales voice into the Region Mgt Sales team and communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on the financial performance and strategic impact of our Digital Sales performance. Bring Regional requirements and ideas into Digital Sales for conceptualization and development of new digital solution and services.
Services – drive and develop sales volumes for our Inventory Mgt Service offer.

Oversee the financial aspects of team including purchasing, forecast, budgeting review and follow-up.
Being a solution-oriented team player that finds out pragmatic approaches for complex challenges. Have courage to take on ownership and accountability for the entire area of responsibility. Lead and develop people and competences needed to drive growth of Digital Sales in the Region. Manage recruitment and ensure development plans are in place together with regular performance follow ups. Work actively with feedback on performance and safeguard Sandvik leadership core values.

Qualifications
University degree in Information system or Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and implementing e-commerce strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data and metrics and make informed decisions. Understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and proficiency in data analysis, with experience in technical data integration preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional/global teams, including technical teams and senior Management. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for customer and problem-solving, particularly in the context of digital technology and e-commerce.
Experiences
Proven experience in Digital Sales (B2B), with a focus on growth and engagement strategies, as well as technical implementation, including EDI, punch out, e-commerce, and API integrations.
Project management experience to oversee the development and implementation of e-commerce initiative will be preferred.
Experience in leading teams or working with cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
