About This Position
As a Director of Sales, you are pivotal to the growth of the Cents brand to new operators across the US. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales and hire, build, and coach a team of A+ Territory Account Executives in the field, transforming how laundromats operate.  You will also be one of the major GTM leaders and contribute significantly to shaping Cents' sales strategy and future. We have learned a ton already, but you will be granted a ton of autonomy to showcase your skills and develop an elite sales organization. This is a front-and-center position with incredible visibility across all areas of the company.  You must balance advocating for your team while working collaboratively with your peers in marketing, business development, onboarding, customer success, and finance.  It is also important that we win, but we win the right way.
