People Partner (HR Business Partner)
Location: London, Staines, or Salford Quays with the expectation of weekly travel to the south of the UK (expenses paid)
Permanent, Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £46,000 – 50,000

You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Implement people-related activities in line with strategic plans, collaborating with the Clinics and Health Services People Team.
- Analyse people metrics and data to identify performance issues and opportunities and develop plans to improve outcomes.
- Diagnose business problems and apply people-focused solutions within established frameworks.
- Customise and apply management processes and tools to meet the specific needs of the Clinics Business, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
- Propose cost-effective project solutions, aiming for positive customer and business outcomes.
- Engage in both project-based and regular people activities, such as engagement, performance reviews, and talent management.
- Track and report on the progress and success of projects and initiatives related to people and culture.
- Proactively assess and address risks before project launch, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a strong engagement strategy and collaborate with internal communications teams.
Key Skills needed for this role:
- Customer-focused, adept at leading HR initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Proven record of achieving goals.
- Proficient in identifying business challenges and formulating effective strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and colleagues to foster process adoption.
- Previous experience in change management.
- Proven business partnering skills in diverse, large-scale, or varied work settings.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance business performance through comprehensive HR strategies.
- Influential in guiding leaders and managers to meet objectives and boost performance.
