A Glimpse into Your New Role
The Operations Lead at Aptean will oversee operational activities, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient execution of strategies while maintaining discretion with confidential information. This role is essential for fostering a high-performance culture and supporting administrative functions within the organization.
- Administrative Leadership: Act as the Office Manager, coordinating administrative and operational needs across relevant departments.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to drive performance and achieve stellar results.
- Team Management: Lead HR, administrative, and recruitment efforts while supporting and engaging operational team members.
- Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and external partners, managing schedules and facilitating meetings.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a matrix management structure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both native language and English, enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of implementing and executing operational strategies, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and adaptability, ensuring accuracy in managing operational tasks and responsibilities.
- Coaching Ability: Experience in coaching and engaging team members to foster a positive work environment and high-quality performance.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Note, Outlook) for documentation, presentations, and data management.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and handle assignments with minimal supervision.
