Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Grants & Administrative Assistant for EQPD. EQPD is not just a nonprofit; it's a movement! Job Responsibilities:
- Grant Tracking: Maintain a system for tracking grant proposals, submissions, deadlines, and requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize grant-related documentation, including applications, budgets, and reports.
- Communication: Liaise with grantors and funding agencies to gather information and respond to inquiries.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of grant reports and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Data Entry: Input and update grant data in management systems.
- Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings related to grant management, including taking notes and following up on action items.
- Research: Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and assist in the proposal development process.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and solve problems as they arise.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
