Pay range:
$153,109.00 - $244,982.00Reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving as a key member of the Human Resources leadership team, you will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and legal compliance for all compensation and benefits programs at Overlake. You'll also design and deliver an HR Systems strategy that provides, accurate, timely, and relevant human resource information, data, and insights to inform business planning and decision making.

- Demonstrated ability and courage to manage change.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive discussions and processes with diplomacy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance, seeking input from, and collaborating with key partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration and/or related education/experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years HR experience. Subject matter expertise in compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
- Experience in total compensation and benefits design, full life-cycle planning and implementation, budget planning, salary survey management, compliance, and vendor/broker partnerships.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare HR experience strongly preferred.

Posted pay ranges represent the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum.
