The primary role of the Program Manager is to ensure that medium to high complexity creative visual workstreams execute according to customer and LEGO Retail standards, on time and within budget parameters. This role ensures holistic oversight of planning and calendarization of specific workflows and serves as a liaison between creatives, copywriters, marketers, production and other parties along the entire value chain.

The Program Manager is responsible for managing risks and expectations throughout the planning, development and production timelines as well as effectively communicating information out to the full cross-functional project team. Program Managers also partner closely with their collaborators to ensure consistency across their assigned workflow

Core Responsibilities

  • Calendarize annual planning for assigned workflow and track individual project timelines, tasks, deliverables and dependencies against that annual plan.

  • Identify and manage risks and effectively communicate to team members. Raise larger concerns as needed to Senior Manager or Director to address.

  • Facilitate meetings with collaborators to define project scope, gather requirements and review work.

  • Provide status reports to all team members to maintain expectations on current and anticipated future projects.

  • Maintain database with work-in-progress, and manage job related paperwork.

  • Delivery of multiple projects on brief, on time and to the agreed budget – using project management methodologies appropriate to successful completion.

  • Primary point of contact for assigned workflow/projects/clients

Do you have what it takes

  • Minimum 4 years working as a Project Manager or Account Manager. (agency background preferred)

  • Highly experienced in managing complex projects end to end.

  • Is used to working with internal cross functional teams and outside vendors.

  • Proven success managing projects and delivering them on time and within budget.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Some travel may be required (<10%)
