As Radiation Safety Analyst you will support Varian's Americas Radiation Safety Program across radiation-generating business lines in North and Latin America, including Brachytherapy, Proton Therapy, LINAC Field Service, Palo Alto facility, Las Vegas facility, etc.

This is a new hybrid role within the Americas Radiation Safety team. the successful applicant will need to be on-site at Varian's Las Vegas facility at least three days per week.

What You will do:

• Support updating/renewing licenses and registrations with regulatory agencies
• Provide Dosimetry program support
• Process new radiation safety documentation and revisions
• Manage, evaluate, and improve databases that track our program
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks required to maintain and update Varian radiation safety program
• Work well within a team and be an effective communicator
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and organize their work efficiently
• The successful applicant may be required to travel to Palo Alto, CA up to once per month.

What You will have:

• Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data management and word processing tools, including, at a minimum, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

What will set You apart:

• A bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics is preferred.
• Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $52,000 - Max $88,600
