AltaGas - Manager, People Services (One Year Term)
We are seeking a dynamic Temporary People Services Leader for a one-year term to join our HR team. This role plays a crucial part in streamlining HR processes, improving employee experiences, and supporting the overall HR strategy.
You Will:
Evaluate and analyze data and metrics to ensure the effectiveness of the People Services function; Determine and track appropriate metrics for the People Services team
Provide ongoing support, feedback, and guidance, in accordance with human resources policies and practices, to team members and others
Oversee all human resources information systems (Workday, JDE), ensuring accuracy of the employee Master Data
Control owner for SOX compliance audit of employee Master Data; Responds to and supports corporate audit request
Partner with the HR Leadership Team, COE’s, and HRBP’s on strategic initiatives and changes
Own supervisory organization within Workday
Manage and report on the People Services ticketing triage and tracking system, ensuring compliance with internal service level agreement
You Have:
7 - 10 years of experience, including 2 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
Ability to be an inspirational leader who promotes a culture of collaboration
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, respectful relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is an effective mentor
Solution focused approach to problem-solving, and is a thoughtful decision-maker
Strong organizational skills, and is adaptable to change
Proficient with Workday, software applications and database administration
Bachelor's Degree required
Certified Human Resources Professional Designation preferred
