Position Responsibilities:
The Hospitality Lead will be the guests’ first point of contact ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This role requires communication and organizational skills to manage incoming inquiries, and leverage XOLA and Lightspeed Retail systems to streamline operations. This role will maintain front-of-house. Receive and manage incoming retail merchandise, oversee office supply inventory. Maintain the accuracy and currency of Bobo's staff directory, ensuring effective communication and connectivity. The Hospitality Lead will be a champion of our brand reputation who monitors customer feedback and online reviews, addressing concerns and resolution.

Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years experience in Hospitality, Retail, Tourism, or related fields. 1-3 years of restaurant experience. High school education or equivalent. Must be willing to work outside of scheduled hours to cover up to a 7-day-a-week operation and special events. Demonstrated skills and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels including internal and external; management groups; sales, marketing; wholesalers, and retailers. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience hosting groups; comfortable with speaking in front of large groups. Knowledge of the history of Jack Daniel’s, Ms. Mary Bobo’s, and the town of Lynchburg or ability to learn. Must possess or be able to acquire State ServSafe Permit certification. Must have good knowledge of the safety and security policies of the Jack Daniel Distillery.

Preferred Requirements:
1-3 years of leadership experience; Associate’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field; Bi-lingual or multi-lingual
