CommBank’s Retail Operations (RO) business is looking for a Customer Service to join our Unsecured Verifications team focussed on processing and verifying Credit Card and Personal loan applications.
More broadly, this team resides in our Consumer Finance Operations function within our Chief Operations Office (COO). Consumer Finance supports home loan, personal loan and credit card processing and maintenance nationally for CBA and BW customers.
The Role.
We have multiple exciting part time (3 days a week) opportunities for a customer service specialist to join our Unsecured Verifications team focussed on both Personal loans and Credit Card application fulfilment. You would be responsible for reviewing and verifying financial documents required for a personal loan & credit card assessment and support our customers with updating their information in our systems.
These roles are part time and would see the successful candidate operate on Saturday Sunday & Monday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, totalling 22.8 hours per week. There will be an initial 3-week training period requiring full-time attendance.
We offer flexibility to work from home, as well as required in office days. This would be a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to utilise their strong customer service skills to join the team so we can continue to deliver exceptional service.
On any given day you will:
- Analysing Credit Card transaction challenges which cause losses and troubleshooting to determine the issue.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and execute solutions.
- Work with clients to collect and document information that may be used to resolving outstanding disputes.
- Ensure that all Dispute cases are handled in accordance with the regulatory requirements.
