Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in software development and technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integrations.
• Create end user Manuals, and Users Guides for various clients.
• Own and lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of projects.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize technical deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in architecture, design, and development.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, from concept through production.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to technical aspects of projects and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and properly maintained.
• Should work as individual contributor work directly with customer/CTO.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Experience working with healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's technical landscape.
