About the job:

• Coaches and manages the daily work activities of a team of procurement coordinator and/or assistants; has accountability for the performance of the team. (40%)
• Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes. Leads any changes that affect the team processes. (40%)
• Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact. (10%)
• Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews. (10%)
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor or university degree a plus
• Five to seven years of experience with at least two years at a supervisor level
• Supervisory skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
