Job Summary

Job Responsibility
• Provide consultant to BC to start Bid Review process
• Verify the projects which meet Bid Review Criteria (TCV 10 MB and higher)
• Expand scope (2024) to verify the projects which meet Bid Review Criteria (TCV 5 – 10 MB)
• Coordinate with BC to develop Bid Review Qualification
• Verify Bid documents before Bid committee meeting
• Conduct team meeting to finalize Go/No Go result
• Prepare summarized report with approval on Go/No Go Result. (Refer to Approval Framework)
• Update project status in Bid system on time
• Coordinate with IT team to develop new Bid system requirement and issue
• Training Bid management process with BC and operation functions (SS, SC, PM, after sale service and manage service team)
• Always to improve the Bid management process (up to date)

Qualification
• Education: Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Telecommunications / IT Management, Other
• Field of Study: Telecommunications / IT Management, Other
• Experience: Previously worked in a presales support role related to solutions / Provided post-sales customer service for corporate clients
