Xome is seeking a VP Data Services. This individual will be hands-on, highly collaborative with peers and be able to develop talent within the organization. This position is critical to driving the strategic value of Xome's Data services - which incorporates network data services, business continuity and disaster recovery services, data center operations at our co-lo locations that house and support our on-premise infrastructure (servers, virtual machines, and storage platforms).  

Scope of work includes both strategy as well as day-to-day operations for the consumers of these services. This position is responsible for providing overall leadership, management and direction for Xome’s data network landscape WAN, LAN, and Core Network posture; BCDR planning and testing; data center operations, physical infrastructure including servers and storage (hardware and software) as well as the virtual services running on them.

 

This position requires hands-on experience and is responsible for all aspects related to these teams. Working with the core infrastructure teams and the security & risk teams - this role ensures that all network & data center services end to end are operating to the highest level of availability and capability.

Required experience:

• 10+ years of related professional level work experience and significant experience managing people
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
