WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team and oversee operations at two residential communities located in Rosamond, CA:
- Rosamond Gateway Village Apartments, an 81-unit residential community.
- United Park Family Apartments, a 73-unit residential community.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
