We've been busy growing our home installation capability in HVAC (Home Ventilation & Air conditioning) and looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our Global Sales Team to support our customers in the New Zealand and Australian markets, working Monday to Friday between 9.30am-6pm.

The Role

In this role you will proactively ensure the smooth order maintenance & project coordination of all HVAC activities and communications. You will be fulfilling customer orders, ensuring a premium brand experience through exceptional coordination between our technical experts, installation teams and customers. This is a fast-paced role and a great opportunity to gain further insight into a start-up within a global operation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer interactions through our email queues and phone calls, consistently providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Scheduling of customer orders
  • Work with Customer Success Leads who manages project timeframes
  • Manage and maintain all purchase orders and invoicing
  • Great team player and offering support our other sales support teams when required to achieve our targets

What you will bring:

  • Proven Customer Service, Project or Sales Coordinator Experience, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Scheduling experience using JDE or SAP advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude, very well organised.
  • Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage
