This position will be responsible for managing the Northeastern and Eastern regions.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
To regularly provide the Business Unit Manager reports on all market situation, competitor and customer activities, sales projections/forecasts, sales activities with prospective accounts as well as the general and detailed sales performance in all the assigned accounts and territories.
Support complex negotiations, tenders, and long-cycle decision-making processes.
Drive Sales Performance VS. Targets in Annual Operating Plan: to meet and exceed 100% Sales Achievement Sales Force Effectiveness:
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, private labs, procurement bodies, and KOLs.
To lead, train, and motivate a team of Account manager.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor CRM updates, sales activities, and forecast accuracy across the area.
Analyze territory performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in Medical Device Industry
Able to communicate English
Experienced leading sales team and possess strong knowledge of medical device industry
Strategic thinking with superior business judgment and acumen.
