We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Cluster Revenue Analyst to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano in Italy!
What You Will Do
The Cluster Revenue Analyst supports the Senior Director of Revenue and the Revenue Team in maximizing total hotel revenue and profitability through detailed reporting, data analysis, and trend monitoring.
This role supports Total Hotel Revenue Management, identifying revenue growth opportunities, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing and distribution strategies across all revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Catering, Spa).
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, advanced in Excel, and has a strong understanding of market dynamics. This is a thinking role, expected to provide insights and recommendations—not just execute tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, including:
Rooms: Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR
Food & Beverage: Covers, average check, internal vs. external guest contribution
Catering & Events: Average check, covers, meeting room occupancy
Spa: Covers, average check, internal vs. external guest contribution
Produce ad hoc analytical reports based on business needs.
Monitor and analyze demand forecasts and booking pace.
Prepare and maintain competitor pricing and positioning reports.
Preparing PPT for revenue strategy meetings, owners meetings, ad hoc meetings.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to create reports, share insights, and support action planning.
Conduct regular audits of pricing, inventory, and distribution channels to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
Assist in the preparation of revenue forecasts and budget reports.
Monitor market conditions, economic trends, and industry developments impacting revenue.
Stay informed on revenue management tools, technology, and best practices.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue strategies.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Milan.
This position follows standard office hours, with flexibility as required to meet business needs. Occasional availability may be necessary to support peak periods or special business requirements.
You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
