About the role:

A senior leadership position responsible for driving growth strategies across Greece, Israel, and Cyprus, leading the marketing function for the cluster and being part of the GRIC Leadership Team. The role focuses on brand share, equity, and commercial performance through strategic planning, innovation, and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand & Category Leadership: Own strategic direction, innovation pipeline, and communication strategies for consumer and expert audiences.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a multi-country marketing team; build capabilities and foster collaboration.

  • Strategy Development: Create growth strategies, Market Activation Plans (MAPs), and Repeatable Growth Models (RGMs) aligned with CEE strategy.

  • Execution Excellence: Ensure end-to-end delivery of category and brand plans; collaborate with ComEx and Sales.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with BU Marketing, ComEx, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.

  • Core Commercial Cycle: Lead demand, pricing, and A&P reviews.

  • Innovation Management: Drive planning, sequencing, implementation, and learning.

  • Budget Management: Optimize A&P allocation for maximum ROI.

  • External Representation: Engage with health authorities, trade associations, media, and PR agencies.

  • Influence & Collaboration: Operate across senior leadership teams and multiple functions in diverse markets.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver accelerated share, sales, and profit growth.

  • Maintain brand performance and equity; implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and Haleon codes of practice.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 10+ years in marketing with leading FMCG brands.

  • Proven leadership in multi-country environments.

  • Expertise in Digital Marketing (SEA, SEO, Display, Social, eComm) and AI integration.

  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management.

  • Track record in organizational change initiatives.

  • Skills: Collaboration, influence and conflict resolution, financial and commercial acumen, trend insights.

  • Languages: English fluency; local language of one cluster market is a must.
