We are building a team of cloud architects who are engineers first — people who have shipped production software, built pipelines, and automated infrastructure. If you are excited about applying AI and GenAI in practical, real-world scenarios rather than just talking about it, this role is for you.

You will lead cloud architecture and modernization engagements, from design through delivery. Beyond cloud infrastructure, you will bring depth in data platform architecture and an enthusiasm for integrating AI tools into the way engineering teams work every day — accelerating development, improving observability, and enabling smarter decision-making.

This is a professional services role. We sell expertise and outcomes. You will be working directly with account management teams as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on implementer.

Cloud Architecture & Modernization

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS across compute, networking, storage, and security

• Lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization projects — from current-state assessment to production delivery

• Define infrastructure standards using Terraform, GitOps methodologies and etc.

• Conduct architecture reviews, Well-Architected assessments, and FinOps optimization sessions

DevOps & Platform Engineering

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar tooling

• Design internal developer platforms that improve engineering velocity and reduce cognitive overhead

• Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) for production systems

• Advise clients on SRE practices, incident management, and platform reliability

Data Platform

• Architect modern data platforms on AWS — data lakes, lakehouses, streaming pipelines, and analytics layers

• Design and implement data infrastructure using services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, or MSK

• Define data governance, cataloguing, and quality frameworks for enterprise clients

• Bridge the gap between data engineering and cloud infrastructure — ensuring platforms are scalable, cost-efficient, and production-ready

AI / GenAI Integration

• Identify practical opportunities to apply GenAI and LLM tools within client engineering workflows

• Prototype and implement AI-assisted tooling — code review agents, documentation generators, incident responders, or data query assistants

• Advise on AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Q Developer, and related tooling

• Build internal knowledge and best practices around responsible and effective use of AI in cloud consulting

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering

• Strong AWS proficiency — EKS, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3, and related services

• Production-level Terraform experience — modules, remote state, CI/CD integration

• Software development background in Python, Go, or similar language; comfortable writing automation and tooling

• Kubernetes experience — deploying, operating, and troubleshooting clusters in production

• Experience architecting or building data platforms — pipelines, lakes, warehouses, or streaming systems

• Track record of leading or contributing to cloud migration or modernization projects

Nice-to-Have

• AWS certification: Solutions Architect Professional, Data Engineer Associate, or ML Specialty

• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock, SageMaker, or Q Developer

• Experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, or AI agents

• Background in consulting, professional services, or client-facing technical roles

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data mesh concepts, or dbt

• Experience with Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka, or similar data processing frameworks

• You can explain trade-offs in architecture decisions — cost, reliability, scalability, and maintainability

• You have led or meaningfully contributed to a modernization project and can walk us through before and after

• You are curious about how LLMs and GenAI can change the way engineers build and operate systems
