Role Overview
As a Cloud Solution Architect (V-CSA), you will deliver advanced, hands-on technical expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is built by consolidating requirements from Global Delivery Power Platform standards and existing CSA Power Platform role definitions.
You will support enterprise and regulated customers across the Nordics, acting as a trusted technical advisor while demonstrating a strong growth mindset, continuous learning, and customer obsession. Onsite presence and customer travel within the Nordics are required when needed, depending on customer and engagement requirements.
Key Responsibilities – Power Platform Delivery
- Act as a senior technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud flows)
- Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
- Power Pages (external-facing, secure portals)
- Design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures
- Lead solution design, technical architecture, and implementation for complex customer scenarios
Key Responsibilities – Automation, Integration & Architecture
- Design automation solutions combining cloud flows, desktop flows, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Build solutions using Dataverse including data modeling, security roles, and performance considerations
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
- Dynamics 365
- External and on‑premises systems via APIs
- Apply best practices for:
- Environment strategy
- Governance and DLP policies
- ALM and solution lifecycle management
- Capacity, performance, and scalability
Key Responsibilities – Advisory & Leadership
- Deliver high-quality hands-on customer engagements (workshops, assessments, PoCs, pilots, and production delivery)
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business stakeholders
- Support customers in Power Platform adoption, including CoE setup and platform maturity
- Collaborate closely with CSAMs, Global Delivery CSAs, field teams, and partners
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and playbooks
- Demonstrate a strong growth mindset, continuously learning new Power Platform capabilities and adapting to change
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience delivering Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA)
- Power Pages
- Dataverse
- Strong understanding of:
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Governance and security models
- Data integration and APIs
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical engagements (remote and onsite)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit and adoption frameworks
- Knowledge of Power Platform licensing and capacity models
- Experience working with Nordic customers
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600)

- Other Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) are acceptable

- Additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) are a plus
