Key responsibilities and contributions

  • Assist with monitoring AWS and Azure environments

  • Support troubleshooting using CloudWatch and logs

  • Help with setup, testing, and maintenance of cloud resources

  • Assist in documentation of cloud procedures and best practices

  • Support cloud automation and migration initiatives

Learning and development areas

  • Cloud platform fundamentals (AWS, Azure)

  • Cloud operations and monitoring

  • DevOps and CI/CD exposure

  • Infrastructure as Code concepts

  • Enterprise problem‑solving skills

Ideal qualification and attributes

  • Degree or Diploma student in IT or Computer Science

  • Basic understanding of cloud or infrastructure concepts

  • Logical thinking and networking knowledge

  • Willingness to learn and hands‑on attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
