Cloud Engineering Sr

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will:

Build of scalable, secure, and performant solutions in the cloud platform AWS and Azure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and customer stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Conduct IaC code reviews and provide technical leadership.

Support cloud migration projects, including re-platforming and re-architecting legacy workloads to AWS and Azure.

Optimize cloud resource usage, focusing on performance, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.

 Stay updated on aws and azure cloud technologies, AI, and Cloud Engineering, contributing to internal knowledge sharing.

 Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for stability, performance, cost, and security.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

Proven experience as an Infrastructure as Code;

Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts on AWS and Azure;

Proven and strong experience of cloud native services such as AWS Lambda, ECS, EKS, CloudFront, API Gateway, Redis Cache, SNS, SQS, Step Function, S3 and RDS.

Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, Azure Resource Manager or AWS CloudFormation

Strong knowledge in 1+ scripting language (Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python);

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as (Gitlab, Harness, Ansible or equivalent);

Understanding of computing and networking foundation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills

Experience with containerization technologies like AWS EKS, ECS, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure AKS.

Familiarity and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,  Google Cloud);

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure as code;

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace;

AWS and Azure certification - intermediate level. Professional level are a plus.
