As a Cloud Engineer on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include:

• Manage and build out our core AWS infrastructure including our network architecture and EKS clusters
• Evolve our IaC CI/CD strategy and tooling
• Automate the spin up of entire AWS accounts
• Tighten access levels across infrastructure with Security
• Work and train team members on Terraform and AWS best practices

Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience either in an Engineering role focused on cloud technologies or as an SRE or similar role focused on operational support for production workloads in the cloud
  • Experience with IaC platforms such as CloudFormation or Terraform
  • Hands on application of Configuration Management to live production instances
  • Understanding of SQL Infrastructure
  • Have developed DR plans / strategies
  • A keen awareness of monitoring and cost optimization
  • Kubernetes experience is a bonus
• Education:
  • 5 or more years of professional IT experience in large scale environments with hands on experience in the technologies, skills, and processes listed above
• Schedule / in-office requirements:
  • This role is open to fully remote if you're not based in DFW or Waco, Tx.
