Introduction: 

NCR Atleos is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess contract lifecycle management knowledge and experience allowing them to support the evolution of the CLM capabilities in response to enterprise requirements.  This role serves as the champion for the use of a consistent, unified process for generating contracts, adhering to standard terms & conditions, executing agreements, gaining required approvals, storing contracts, and leveraging contract data.

Position Summary   

The CLM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the DocuSign CLM platform. In addition, this role will partner closely with Legal, Sales, and IT, teams to streamline contract processes, improve visibility, and ensure scalable, compliant contract operations across the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility   

  • Serves as the primary administrator for DocuSign CLM, including user management, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Supports efforts to configure and maintain workflows, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and approval processes.
  • Partners with IT to gather and translate business requirements into CLM workflows.
  • Identifies opportunities to automate manual contract processes and improve cycle times.
  • Supports efforts to improve the integration between DocuSign CLM and related systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, eSignature, and document repositories).
  • Coordinates with IT on system enhancements, upgrades, and data integrity.
  • Supports testing and deployment of new features and releases.
  • Acts as Tier 1–2 support for CLM-related questions, issues, and enhancements.
  • Develops and maintains training materials, user guides, and best practices.
  • Conducts user training sessions and onboarding for new stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and data governance requirements.
  • Builds and maintains reports and dashboards related to contract status, cycle times, and obligations.
  • Supports audits, contract repository hygiene, and metadata accuracy.

  • Basic Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience administering a contract lifecycle management platform.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.
  • Experience configuring workflows, templates, clause libraries, and approvals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT teams.

  • Preferred Qualifications  

  • DocuSign CLM Administrator or Implementation certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP integrations.
  • Background in Legal Operations, Sales Operations, or Enterprise Systems.
  • Familiarity with contract metadata reporting, obligation tracking, and renewals management.
  • Experience supporting SOX, compliance, or audit-related requirements.
