Job Title: Clinician Support Coordinator (CSC)
Overview:
The Clinician Support Coordinator (CSC) supports the Clinician Support Specialist (CSS) team by managing day-to-day operational processes that directly impact clinician experience. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and clinicians, ensuring accurate payroll processing, timely payments, and seamless onboarding. The CSC partners closely with internal stakeholders to drive clinician satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Customer Support and Time Processing teams to resolve payroll issues and improve processing efficiency
Serve as a primary liaison for clinicians, providing timely support and issue resolution
Investigate and resolve incomplete or inaccurate documentation by coordinating with clinicians and internal teams
Manage the Clinician Support inbox, prioritizing and distributing tasks to the appropriate CSS team members
Track and manage missing timecards in partnership with CSS team members and Account Managers
Support timecard-related inquiries and ensure timely submission and resolution
Process clinician PTO requests, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payouts
Manage end-of-contract (EOC) PTO payouts and bonus processing to ensure on-time payments
Ensure all required steps are completed in AMN systems for EOC bonuses and payments
Monitor new hire orientation completion through RELI and ensure readiness prior to assignment start
Provide weekly reporting on orientation completion to CSS leadership
Document clinician interactions in AMN systems to maintain accurate records and support future outreach
Capture detailed notes to enhance personalized communication and strengthen clinician relationships
Analyze reports and trends to provide insights to the Senior Director, Sales Operations
Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as needed
