We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our organisation as a Veterinary Clinical Director / Practice Director. This is a unique opportunity designed to attract applications from both experienced clinical leaders and highly skilled operational managers.

About the Role 

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, performance, and culture of our primary care veterinary services.  

You will lead teams across multi sites, drive operational excellence, deliver on financial KPIs, ensure high-quality patient care, and oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive services.

What We Are Looking For 

We are open to candidates from either a clinical or nonclinical leadership pathway.  

You will bring:  

Essential  

  • Proven leadership experience within the veterinary industry  
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive performance improvement.  
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.  
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.  

If Clinically Qualified:  

  • MRCVS for Clinical Director positions.  
  • Experience in clinical leadership, governance, or service improvement. 

If Operationally Qualified:  

  • Experience in veterinary practice management  
  • Experience in clinical leadership, practice development and client experience.
