About the program
The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year's students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success.

The Clinical Trial Transparency (CTT) team sits within Chief Medical Office and leads the AstraZeneca Group of Companies Clinical Trial Transparency Position Globally. CTT is responsible for posting clinical trial information to public websites and prepare clinical documents and data so they can be shared publicly meeting regulatory requirements and company commitments

General requirements:

• Education: Life sciences studies or scientific background.
• Scientific literacy: Able to read and interpret scientific documentation.
• AI proficiency: Familiar with AI tools and their limitations. Prompting: Skilled in crafting and refining prompts.
• Curiosity: Proactive, eager to learn.
• Logical thinking: Structured problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset: Data interpretation and evidence-based conclusions.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication.
• Collaboration: Works well cross-functionally and accepts feedback.
• Ethics: Accuracy, rigor, and responsible AI use. ​

Key details

• Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role.
• Duration: 3 months, starting in July.
• Working model: Hybrid, with partial on‑site presence.
• Selection process: Application review against objective criteria, HireVue video responses, then a remote meeting with the recruiting team.
• Timeline: Apply by 21 March 2026. Results by mid-April.

Important information

• Completion of the internship does not guarantee contract extension or further employment at AstraZeneca. Future opportunities may be advertised separately and require a new application.
