Clinical Talent Interviewer (Contract)

Remote Full Time

Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years, autistic adults have been systematically overlooked. This has led to extremely poor outcomes, including high rates of co-occurring mental health conditions and a lower life expectancy. Prosper is here to change that.

We deliver specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. We've helped tens of thousands of people receive an autism diagnosis for the first time, work with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find belonging through community. Our outcomes meaningfully outperform traditional care for autistic adults, with substantially greater improvements in mood, anxiety, and quality of life.

Prosper is growing 3x year over year and are at mid-double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, with thousands of active clients and 400+ clinicians. We're a high-ownership, mission-driven team, building something that has never existed for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, personable contractor to conduct initial first-round interview screens for therapist candidates. This is a defined, structured role. You'll work from a set script and scorecard, represent Prosper Health professionally to candidates, and keep things moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct ~25-30 structured 30-minute first-round interview screens per week with therapist candidates that include sharing information on Prosper Health’s mission, the clients we support, and asking 5 clinical experience questions and taking notes on responses
  • Complete a scorecard for each candidate following each call in ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Handle logistical follow-up emails with candidates
  • Maintain availability for ~5 hours/week of admin and internal check-ins (20 hours total: 15 hours interview availability, 5 hours admin and internal check-ins)

Who You Are

  • You're a natural conversationalist who can make a stranger feel at ease within the first minute of a call
  • You follow a structured process without sounding robotic
  • You're reliable: if you have a call at 2pm, you're there at 2pm
  • You take clean notes and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • You're comfortable on Zoom and can manage your own calendar without hand-holding
  • You find meaning in work that matters: the clinicians you help identify will directly impact the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults
  • You have experience conducting structured interviews or screening calls in a mental health, healthcare, or clinical setting

Compensation

  • $800 per week ($40/hr), paid every 2 weeks
  • 1099 Contractor
