Roles and Responsibilities
Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships, and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications in the area of Labor and Delivery.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions..
Segment support for NPI/NSI launches and programs/strategies
Clinical/Product expertise in Maternal Fetal products including fetal monitors, Centricity Perinatal and Novii
Work with MIC Strategic Sales Manager/MGM sales leaders and PSS to increase prospects and drive closure of all MIC opportunities
Provide training to PSS team members on strategy and MIC products
Presale strategic and clinical sales support for assigned Zone/Region/Market to support PSS
Post sale support to drive adoption of fetal products
Representing the company at trade shows and internal GE meetings to promote MIC products
In conjunction with PSS, establish and develop strong business relationships, identify and respond to key decision maker’s needs, record and maintain account contact records in the relevant CRM tools.
In conjunction with ESC, establish and develop a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
Communicate and track market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and support implementation of effective counterstrategies.
Is accountable to achieve the Product/Solution/Service orders/sales OP target for assigned accounts and or territory
Required Qualifications
Nursing degree focused on the Labor and Delivery care area
Ability to travel at least 70% of the time within the United States.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
