About the role
An amazing opportunity to work in a world class Research Centre, delivering high quality patient care in advanced oncology clinical trials.
Case manage patients with advanced cancers and coordinate patient study visits following the trial protocol and ensuring patient centred care.
Coordinating monitoring visits with external pharmaceutical companies, research organisations and other clinical trial stakeholders.
Coordination of the collection of biological samples, processing and shipping as required (after appropriate training and assessment).
Accurately collect, document and report clinical trial data within specific timeline and in accordance with ICH-GCP best clinical practice standards.
About you
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with interests in both clinical management of advanced cancer patients and research/clinical trials practice.
Background in clinical trials research, ICU, ED or Acute Care nursing is an advantage. Strong candidates with pharmacy, medical science and other backgrounds will also be considered.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous administration experience in a hospital/healthcare environment and/or experience in clinical research/trials administration.
Demonstrated adherence to documented policies and procedures and familiarity with ICH-GCP.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organisational skills whilst managing sensitive clinical data and protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in challenging clinical environments.
