Our St Leonards site forms part of the GenesisCare global clinical trials network, providing opportunities to contribute to impactful oncology research within a collaborative and patient‑centred environment.
This is a full‑time, 14‑month maternity leave contract and a great opportunity to take the next step in your career with a purpose‑driven organisation shaping the future of patient care.
More Specifically, You Will:
Coordinate and deliver clinical research activities in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and all regulatory requirements
Work closely with Principal and Co‑Investigators to support the day‑to‑day management of clinical trials
Support efficient study start‑up, participant recruitment, study visits, monitoring, and close‑out activities
Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, regulatory files, and timely data entry
Perform protocol‑specific study visits and clinical tasks (including vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, and sample processing), where deemed competent
Act as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
Liaise with hospital departments, third‑party providers, and sponsor representatives to ensure smooth trial delivery
Prepare for, host, and respond to monitoring and site visits in a timely and professional manner
Complete mandatory and trial‑specific training and actively contribute to quality, safety, and compliance activities
We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who:
Hold an undergraduate degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
Have a minimum of two years’ experience in nursing, clinical research, or a scientific/clinical environment
Demonstrate a strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial regulations
Are highly organised, detail‑orientated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Communicate confidently and enjoy building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Show initiative and flexibility, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Are confident using computer systems, including MS Office and clinical trial software
Can work flexibly across locations and are willing to travel interstate if required
