ResearchJob Duties Outlined
Pre-screen, evaluate, and educate patients regarding clinical trials following established procedures and protocols.
Conduct informed consent discussions with subjects and where required, subject families.
Coordinate study subject visit activities including scheduling procedures, communicating with subjects, and completing necessary basic study procedures.
Document trial-related activities as directed, ensure source documentation is completed according to Good Documentation Practice guidelines, and submit case report forms as required for clinical trials.
Maintain trial regulatory documentation files including correspondence with sponsor/CRO, IRB, and subjects.
Provide written and verbal reports to the Principal Investigator and Research Project Manager, as required.

Required Qualifications
Work Experience: Two years of relevant work experience. Education may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Compensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
