White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Quality Outcomes Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Clinical Quality Outcomes Manager you will:
• Leads and collaborates with inter-disciplinary teams toward improved processes through committee work on clinical outcomes (i.e., Sepsis, Falls, IPAC, QSOC, PPC).
• Develops and standardizes evidence-based processes and protocols through collaboration with AHC clinical committees to ensure clinical excellence.
• Directs the deployment of evidence-based processes/protocols with assistance from the Education Department for all new and updated processes/ protocols, ensuring successful rollout and implementation.
• Monitors outcomes to maintain clinical effectiveness and quality through RL, PPC, and dashboards.
• Collaborates to revise and standardize policies across all AHC entities as the subject matter expert for systems/departments.
• Serves as a resource for all staff to ensure clinical excellence through rounding in critical care areas, as well as on med/surg units as needed. Also acts as a clinical preceptor for student nurses, supported by an appointment letter from the school of nursing.
• Performs system-level assessments to identify variables that influence practices and outcomes.

Qualifications include:
• MSN, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Acute Care
• 3 years as a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Experience with collaborating with all disciplines for policy/protocol building
• Experience with data management for monitoring outcomes
• 3 years of leading teams across the system at all levels of experience
• Performance Excellence experience by becoming Baldrige Examiner within one year of hire
• Certification in specialty as ACCNS-AG
• Current MD licensure for Nursing
• Actively participates in professional organization
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS required

Employment Type: Full time
Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week
Typical Daily Schedule: 8:00am -4:30pm

Pay Range:

$96,058.56 - $145,995.20

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Exempt)

Tobacco and Drug Statement
