Clinical Program Advisor

As a trusted clinician and subject matter expert, this role provides strategic guidance and thought leadership across complex initiatives. You will help shape innovative programs that improve care coordination, elevate customer experience, and support high-quality, cost‑effective healthcare outcomes. Partnering closely with clinical, operational, and commercial teams, you will influence meaningful change while representing the organization with credibility and confidence. Travel of two to three days per month.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex clinical program initiatives, applying deep clinical expertise, creativity, and sound judgment from concept through execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to functional and business leaders, providing clinical insight that informs decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert, contributing thought leadership across both clinical and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Represent the organization externally, educating partners and stakeholders to enable effective care coordination and seamless patient experiences.
  • Collaborate across clinical, operational, and business teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals and patient-centered outcomes.
  • Serve as a clinical advisor to the sales organization, delivering ongoing education on products, programs, and industry trends that support quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply a broad business perspective when supporting initiatives beyond clinical program management to ensure integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Continuously assess program performance and recommend enhancements that strengthen impact and sustainability.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse or Pharmacist license with clinical practice experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive clinical experience with demonstrated success in a business or consultative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing clinical support or advisory services to sales or commercial organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, manage complex projects, and translate clinical knowledge into actionable strategy.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,500 - 159,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
