We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Orthopedic Service Line, which includes orthopedic services, sports medicine, and podiatry across La Crosse/Onalaska and the surrounding region. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of care in a respected, patient-centered health system.
What You’ll Do
Lead Strategically: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for orthopedic services that aligns with organizational goals.
Drive Excellence: Build an infrastructure that enhances clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
Grow the Market: Expand service reach while attracting and retaining top-tier providers and staff.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with physicians, clinicians, and community stakeholders to deliver exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3–4 years of healthcare management experience.
Preference for candidates with at least 3 years in an integrated healthcare system.
Prior leadership experience in orthopedic or specialty services strongly desired.
Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
