About the role:

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Clinical Nurses (CN’s) to join our dynamic team across several specialities at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba. This permanent position requires strong clinical leadership, advanced specialty skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Clinical Nurse – Rehabilitation

This role supports the effective coordination of patient flow for rehabilitation patients toward the cost effective delivery of high quality customer focused and patient centred care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant specialty

  • Current FIM credential through AROC

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Things that work for us:

  • Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse  

  • Prior experience in a Rehabilitation setting 

  • Effective communication skills at all levels enabling you to achieve best practice 

  • Recent experience in the speciality area you are interested in applying for, and appropriate qualifications and registration. 

  • Ability to work autonomously whilst being able to also work within a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
