About the role

ZOLL Medical is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Marketing Specialist to coordinate and support clinical marketing activities and training across our Hospital and EMS ALS product portfolio. This role serves as a clinical and technical expert, acting as a key clinical resource for ZOLL’s commercial and marketing teams.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Marketing, this position supports the development, refinement, and execution of clinical marketing initiatives, including product marketing support and new product launches within the Hospital and EMS marketplace. The role may also be responsible for developing clinical materials and delivering training to sales teams on resuscitation products, workflows, and best practices.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and deliver ZOLL Clinical Marketing programs for the Hospital and EMS segments

  • Serve as a clinical and technical expert across the ZOLL Hospital and EMS ALS product portfolio, supporting sales teams and internal stakeholders

  • Act as a clinical authority in resuscitation science, including international guidelines, clinical practice, and applied research

  • Support sales activities such as in-services, education programs, product demonstrations, and customer follow-ups

  • Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of current and future clinical marketing initiatives

  • Create tailored clinical and marketing content to address the needs of hospital and EMS customers

  • Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge through conferences, workshops, and professional literature

  • Partner with hospital and EMS customers to optimize the effective use of ZOLL solutions, particularly within resuscitation and acute care workflows

  • Support tactical marketing plans in collaboration with Sales Management

  • Assist with assigned product management activities, including product positioning, messaging, and product line communications

  • Support new product launches by preparing clinical materials, sales tools, and training programs

  • Participate in regional congresses, workshops, and customer events

  • Perform other duties as required to support the effectiveness of the Clinical Marketing organization

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a critical care, emergency care, or acute care clinical setting

  • Strong foundation in resuscitation science and acute care clinical practice

  • Proven experience delivering clinical education or training to healthcare professionals

  • Prior experience in medical devices, healthcare industry, or clinical education roles is preferred

  • Exposure to clinical marketing, product support, or product launch activities is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
