The Position
As a Clinical Marketing Partner, you will be an integral part of our UK/IE Marketing team, focusing on our expanding portfolio of high medical value solutions across fields such as cardiology, oncology, neurology, diabetes, women’s health, and infectious diseases. This dynamic role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market assessments, and championing your specialist area to drive the uptake of Roche solutions.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in the UK, Ireland, and globally, matrix managing teams to achieve business goals and commercialise our most innovative on-market and pipeline solutions. By following the science and putting patients at the centre of our work, you will make an impact now and in the future.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct market assessments using insights, business intelligence, and customer feedback to inform local strategies and campaigns.
Develop, support, and execute the annual marketing plan that aligns with business goals.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, opinion leaders, and medical societies to promote our solutions effectively.
Lead and align cross-functional teams through matrix management to accelerate the commercialisation of new assays and expansions.
Communicate the vision and achievements across the organization, ensuring all efforts are aligned with strategic goals and overall objectives.
Provide training, messaging, and campaign associated promotional materials to enable the sales team’s success.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape national policy, develop value propositions, and advocate for Roche’s solutions.
Stay compliant with industry regulations while driving innovation and business impact.
Who You Are
A self-motivated courageous and dynamic professional with experience in commercial pharmaceutical or diagnostics roles, and a proven track record in both creative and strategic thinking. You thrive in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and are authentic, innovative, and collaborative in your approach.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience in comparable commercial healthcare roles and ability to demonstrate transferable skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the diagnostics and/or healthcare market.
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to focus on critical outcomes and goals.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Marketing or business qualification or equivalent.
B2B business expertise, including commercial and marketing strategy.
Knowledge and expertise in a specialist disease area.
Project management experience in a matrix environment.
In this role, you will serve as a champion of your specialist area, contributing to the vision, innovation, and execution of Roche Diagnostics' mission to improve patients' lives.
Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex, UK
The ideal candidate would be based within a commutable distance from our UK/IE Headquarters in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. However, candidates from across the UK/IE will be considered for flexible working. The successful candidate will be expected to spend approximately 25% of their time at customer sites or attending specific meetings/events, both across the UK, Ireland and (on occasion) internationally.
