About the Role:
Rural healthcare is built on relationships. Our Health Navigators are embedded in partner primary care clinics, pharmacies, and urgent care groups in the communities we serve. Your job is to manage and support our Health Navigators to make sure they are performing their duties and serving patients in the most impactful way. You are responsible for the success of the Health Navigators in your market. As the manager, you own the service delivery and overall patient satisfaction and you are responsible for the performance of your team and the achievement of key performance indicators operationally and clinically.
