Emplify Health by Gundersen La Crosse Ambulatory Therapies leadership team is hiring for an individual to lead the La Crosse Outpatient PT/OT, Neuro-vestibular PT/OT, Pediatric PT/OT, Industrial Rehab, and Speech Therapy teams! This position will provide operational leadership and oversight to the mentioned teams, provide support to a very high functioning group of clinicians and support staff, and oversee the financials as well as strategic priorities. In addition, this position will have clinical manager peers they will work closely with and will have the opportunity to interface with most areas of the organization.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to clinical specialty, along with 3-4 years of experience in a clinical setting demonstrating leadership skills.
Ideal candidates will be flexible, adaptable and have strong change management skills.
Additionally, a licensed PT or OT or SLP is strongly desired.
Experience with Epic is also a plus.
