About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist (Level 4) to join our highly supportive Allied Health team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba. This is a permanent full-time position however a part time role may be considered supporting your work-life balance. This role is responsible for physiotherapy service delivery across our Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department and Acute Wards.

Things that work for us:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum of 7 years’ experience working as a physiotherapist in a hospital or health environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary evidenced based Physiotherapy practice
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead and supervise a physiotherapy team within the broader multidisciplinary team.
Appropriate computer and technological literacy
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders in daily operation and service development
Experience working within a hospital environment would be highly favourable

In addition, the team also provides Day Oncology, Palliative Care, Lymphoedema and Orthopaedic Outpatient services.
