Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Manager, Client Engagement manages new and retention client engagement, education, and sales efforts for the Pharmacy practice for a dedicated Region/Regions.  She/He will foster and encourage open communication between the regional One Digital Employee Benefits practices while also supporting all company vertical sales goals including RFP response and broker of record support.   

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to): 

  • Utilizes their clinical expertise paired with the capabilities of the Pharmacy team to help solve the pharmacy cost challenges for our clients and prospects. 

  • Directs and monitors all region-wide sales program initiatives, works to ensure they are making expected progress and provides summary reporting as requested. 

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement, including pipeline management, quoting and proposal flow, prospect data reporting and product access. 

  • Is diligent about accuracy, timing and delivery of sales reporting, sales newsletters, sales contest announcements and other sales communications to the field.  Recommends revisions, new programs and improvements to the process. 

  • Communicates regularly with the internal teams and updates CRM to improve data syncing between sales records and finance. 

  • Drives collaboration between special projects leads and Marketing team to develop necessary project deliverables and monitors effectiveness and utilization. 

  • Provides strategic partnership, support and collaboration for regional and One Digital national priorities as needs surface. 

  • Builds and maintains strong and effective working relationships with peers and key personnel. 

  • Embraces company culture. 

 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal and written skills. 

  • Strategic thinker, skilled at executing strategy and problem solving; asks the right questions, excellent follow-through 

  • Sharp business acumen; able to work independently as well as in a collaborative fashion through excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams and varying personalities. 

  • Excellent project management skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Demonstrated analytical skills. 

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint CRM is a plus. 

 

Education, Training and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or doctorate of pharmacy degree 

  • Prior experience or understanding of the PBM industry 

  • Sales, sales operations or sales support experience with increasing responsibilities, preferred 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $140,000 to $180,000 per year 

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
