Responsible for supporting training for technical products, solutions and/or services for the surgery equipment (Mobile C arms).
Responsible for providing application and clinical support during and after sales within assigned region (Spain & Portugal).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, is able to sell and demonstrate GE Products & Services 

  • Creates a personalized relationship with the customers in order to maintain customer satisfaction and engage with new account and existing account sales opportunities to establish credibility with clinicians and drive clinical strategy

  • Build personalized presentations based on knowledge gainedabout the customer, demonstrating how GE solutions can improve the customer's business environment

  • Demonstrate assigned products and services within territory; must be able to demonstrate proficiency in using the products applications in a clinical setting

  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product applicative training to customers on software and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relation

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • For Portugal, the length of the contract is up to 24 months (12 + 12)

  • Fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English language

  • Driving License.

  • X-Ray technician -or equivalent- education.

  • At least one of the following core experiences: strong clinical/ technical experience or significant commercial experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios in imaging clinical solutions

  • Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

  • Understand and present complex material in understandable terms

  • Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

  • Experience in the interventional procedures

  • Willingness to travel within territory

 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven track records in clinical applications with Surgical C arms

  • Clinical experience in large hospitals,

  • Healthcare business and process knowledge,

  • Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE

  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desire and ability to communicate effectively using local language).
