Job Title: Data Integration and Dashboard Lead
Location: Home based in Portugal (approx. 10 percent travel)
Employment Type: FSP position supporting a major global pharmaceutical company
Overview
We are seeking a Data Integration and Dashboard Lead to drive the coordination, execution and delivery of Convergence Real World Evidence projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, data analytics and medical research, with the opportunity to contribute to evidence generation that informs strategic decision making across multiple countries and teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate, manage and expedite Convergence RWE projects in a resource-aligned and priority‑aligned manner to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide expertise in data integration and analytics to support the development of high‑quality Convergence dashboards.
• Work closely with affiliate, area and global teams to ensure all data used in dashboards aligns with study protocols and is accurately represented.
• Identify and help initiate new evidence generation projects based on insights drawn from Convergence dashboards.
• Support affiliate and area Medical Teams with operational aspects of Convergence studies from initiation through completion.
• Lead communication on project status, deliverables and progress tracking, providing timely updates to affiliate, area and global colleagues.
• Maintain strong project organisation, meet deadlines proactively and contribute to the achievement of broader strategic objectives.
• Understand affiliate and area strategic needs to support the prioritisation of projects.
• Seek and coordinate support to resolve issues thoroughly and promptly.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining effective communication across all relevant teams.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and internal guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements
• Strong project management and delivery skills with the ability to turn complex plans into tangible outcomes.
• Medical research experience with exposure to evidence generation or related functions.
• Proven track record of effective project leadership with measurable positive results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical capabilities.
• Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to handle complex datasets and information.
• High adaptability to dynamic, fast‑paced environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Commitment to compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
• Proficiency in English is required.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Health Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or another medical or scientific field with a solid methodological background.
• Strong statistical foundation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with substantial data handling, including analysis and/or interpretation of complex datasets.
