Job Overview
Georgetown University is seeking qualified applicants for the permanent 12-month position of Clinical Case Manager (Staff Clinician). Located on Capitol Campus Reporting to the CAPS Clinical Director, responsibilities include developing, implementing, monitoring, and staffing all aspects of a higher education clinical case management system. The clinical case manager will work closely with Georgetown University staff clinicians, Student Outreach and Support (SOS) staff members, and other staff and faculty to identify and assess higher risk students.
The clinical case manager will provide brief intervention and/or bridged clinical care as needed while securing appropriate referrals for students requiring a higher level of care. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in mental health consultation, including the ability to develop strong working relationships,
positively represent counseling services across diverse communities and interact effectively with both health care professionals and nonprofessionals regarding student mental health concerns.

Work Interactions
The Clinical Case Manager (CCM) reports to the Clinical Director of the Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS). The CCM plays a central role in managing and providing bridged clinical care to students experiencing complex mental health concerns and mental health crises. The CCM will
collaborate with other CAPS clinicians, Student Outreach and Support (SOS) staff, University staff and faculty, and community-based mental health providers. They will also participate in Care Team and Threat Assessment meetings involving student concerns and issues related to the University’s policies
and procedures.

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$54,616.00 - $100,493.33Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
